1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Security
When creating your bdc33 account you agree to the following obligations, which remain in effect for the full duration of your membership:
- Accurate Registration DetailsYou must provide your real full name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure without refund of any balance.
- Password ResponsibilityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. bdc33 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or SMS.
- Reporting Unauthorised AccessYou must notify bdc33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bdc33 reserves the right to suspend any account showing irregular activity patterns while an investigation is conducted.
- Account Closure RequestYou may request closure of your bdc33 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of non-compliant bonus funds) will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet within a reasonable processing period.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
bdc33 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladeshi mobile financial services. The following conditions apply to all payment transactions on the platform:
- Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification checks before funds are made available for wagering.
- Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed to your registered mobile wallet within a standard processing window. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
- Own Wallets OnlyAll deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party wallets are not permitted and will be reversed. Any attempt to fund an account from an unverified or third-party source may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- CurrencyAll account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdc33 does not accept or process deposits in foreign currencies. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
bdc33 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
- Wagering RequirementsAll bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in that promotion's terms. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your account balance.
- Bonus EligibilityBonuses are available to members who have completed registration and identity verification. bdc33 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion and to exclude specific accounts from promotional offers at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
- Bonus AbuseAny attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, using low-risk staking strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, or using a third party's payment details — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Promotion ExpiryBonuses not claimed within the stated promotional window will expire automatically. bdc33 is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses. Wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be completed within the timeframe specified for that bonus; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
5. Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all bets placed through bdc33, across all sports, live casino, slots, and crash game categories:
- Bet ConfirmationA bet is accepted only when bdc33's system has confirmed the wager and assigned a unique bet reference number. Bets without a confirmation reference are not valid. Players are advised to retain confirmation references for all bets placed.
- Errors and System MalfunctionsIn the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds, bdc33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. Winnings resulting from a manifest pricing error will not be honoured.
- Suspended and Cancelled EventsIf a sporting event is officially cancelled or abandoned before the minimum number of overs or minutes required for settlement has been completed, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. Where an event is suspended temporarily and resumes within an acceptable timeframe as determined by bdc33, bets will remain valid.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdc33. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Money LaunderingUsing bdc33 to launder, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of any unlawful activity is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
- Collusion and Match FixingColluding with other players, sports participants, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage or fix the outcome of a match or game event is prohibited. bdc33 cooperates fully with regulatory and law enforcement investigations into match fixing.
- Exploitation of Software ErrorsDeliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to accumulate winnings is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through deliberate exploitation of a known error are not payable and will be removed from the account immediately upon detection.
- Automated Betting ToolsThe use of bots, automated betting scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any software that interacts with bdc33 without direct human input is prohibited. Accounts found to be using automated tools will be suspended immediately and all balances reviewed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on bdc33.vip — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and compiled databases — is the proprietary property of bdc33 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, copy, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bdc33 content without prior written permission. Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the platform without authorisation is prohibited and may constitute a breach of applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdc33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any loss resulting from reliance on information obtained through the platform. bdc33's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
bdc33 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party infrastructure failures are outside bdc33's direct control. In such events, bdc33 will endeavour to restore services as quickly as practicable and will communicate estimated downtime where possible.
